In the third quarter of 2024, the top food and drink apps on the Android platform in Spain showed varied performance, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the top five apps in this category.

McDonald's saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, beginning with around 19.4K in early July and peaking at approximately 54.7K in the first week of August. However, downloads gradually decreased towards the end of September, landing at about 18K. The app's weekly active users started at 525.7K, with a slight drop throughout the quarter, ending at 402.1K.

Too Good To Go: End Food Waste experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from 13.6K in early July and reaching a peak of 29.8K by the end of September. The app's active user base showed a consistent growth pattern, beginning at 284.6K and rising to 343.7K by the quarter's end.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery had a varied download pattern, starting strong with 32.4K downloads in the first week of July, dipping mid-quarter, and then rising to 28.6K in late September. Active users remained relatively stable, beginning at 283.9K and closing the quarter at 295.1K.

BURGER KING® España downloads peaked at 17.4K in late July before seeing a gradual decrease, ending at 13.9K in September. Active users saw an initial increase to 337.9K in late July, followed by a decline to 257.1K by the end of September.

Club·by maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with a slight increase from 13.5K in July to 13.8K in September. The active user trend showed minor fluctuations, starting at 21.5K and ending at 21.7K.
